Prices based on 2 adults, includes water, electric, and sewer hookup.  Access to pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities at clubhouse. $3 extra per night for each child over 3 years.

plus $200 deposit.  $150 back if no damage.  $50 Cleaning Charge.  NO PETS ALLOWED.  Cottages are furnished with appliances, bedding, and cable TV included.  Persons just need clothing and food.  Dixie Kampground pays up to $50 a month on electricity on monthly rentals.

Mobile Home Sites:  Lot Rent is $190 per month, due the first of the month.
